They're hoping someone buys them before then, but if not, it's dunzo!

Back in 2007, Madonna signed a 10-year deal with Live Nation, reportedly worth $100 million! Wowsa!

Now, we've got some new details on her Live Nation/Interscope Records three album deal, which will make up a $40 million portion of her $100 mil deal!

Here are the updates:

- New single Gimme All Your Luvin to be released last week of January
- New album is finished and gets released in March 2012 on Interscope Records
- Madge's '360' deal includes studio albums, touring, merchandising, fan club/website, DVDs, music-related tv/film projects, and 'associated sponsorship agreements'

Here's what Madonna's manager Guy Oseary had to say about the deal:

"We anticipate a very bright future at our new home."

And more from Interscope Geffen A&M Chairman Jimmy Iovine:

"Very rarely does an opportunity like this come around. We would like to thank Madonna, Guy and Live Nation for their belief in us."

We're BEYOND excited to see what Madge brings us in the upcoming years! We know the new album will be A-MAZING!!!!!!!

Two contestants were forced to say This Is It on The X Factor tonight, as a pair of hopefuls Beat It off stage in eliminations that were the result of their Michael Jackson-themed covers from the previous evening.

So, who got the boot?

ASTRO and DREW!

Early on in the hour, the top three of Melanie Amaro, Chris Rene and Rachel Crow were passed through to the next round. Astro, the 15-year old rapper from Brooklyn was then sent packing, reacting in a far more mature manner then when he was forced to sing for his survival two weeks ago.

He hugged his fellow contestants and thanked his "Astronauts."

It then came down to Drew and Marcus Canty, with Paula Abdul casting the deciding vote for the former based on her chair-based performance from Tuesday night. Drew fought off tears, gave praise to Jesus and said she has "a lot to show" the world still.

"I think she's a little star and I think America knows she's going to be a star," Simon Cowell said of his protege.
