Rainford, 36, is accused of violating a January court order to stay 200 yards away from any property of the heiress. The restraining order came after Rainford made it past property guards on his bike and pounded on Hilton’s door. He pleaded no contest in January, and was given three years probation.

Rainford is being held in leiu of $20,000 bail after being taken into custody on a tip from a passerby on a Malibu beach near Hilton’s home. “He was hanging around on the beach while Paris was inside,” a witness told The Daily Mail. “Someone recognized him as being the man who had given her trouble in the past and the cops arrived pretty quickly.”

“Deputies identified the suspect as James Rainford and determined a valid restraining order prohibiting him from being within 200 yards of Miss Hilton or her residence was in effect,” the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department said in a statement.

Rainford was sentenced to jail in April after pleading no contest to assaulting Cy Waits, Hilton’s former boyfriend, outside a Los Angeles courtroom. He served 24 days of a 227 sentence.

Model Tyra Banks is scared to death of a “mentally unstable celebrity stalker” and now she’s asking a judge for protection.

The man in question, 39 year old Marten Williams, claims to have killed George Bush, Jr., (who is still alive & well), as well as asserting that Michael Jackson is alive and living in Long Beach.

Banks has requested a restraining order against Williams (who stands at 6’2″, 220 lbs), claiming he has “targeted and harassed and stalked” Tyra and her family since 2006.

In the docs — filed by top gun lawyer Evan Spiegel — Tyra states, “I am in fear from Mr. Williams for my personal safety, and that of those around me, including my family and employees.”

Williams was just arrested earlier this month for trespassing on Tyra’s property. Williams told cops he was bringing Tyra “offerings.” He was later placed on a 5150 psychiatric hold … but Tyra’s people believe he may have already been released.

Tyra wants Williams to stay at least 100 yards away from her and her family — fearing that Williams’ conduct will “likely continue and escalate” unless the court steps in.

Banks was granted a temporary restraining order until October 28th, when a hearing will take place to determine if the order should become permanent.

You know, on a personal note, I completely understand thinking a restraining order may help, but for someone who is quote “mentally unstable,” methinks some piece of paper ain’t gunna do much.  Just sayin’…

According to sources, Britteny has had her eye on Ashton for a long time, with friends close to her claiming she was "obsessed" with sleeping with the actor before she even met him. According to an insider, Britteny had once said that Ashton wsa the "number one celebrity she'd like to have sex with" and the insider concedes that she is just the "type" of girl to let a married man twitter her twatter.

Ugh! Gross!

The source claims they have no doubt that Brittany is telling the truth, pegging her as a "gold digger" and citing that her family is the same way. Funny, we would have thought they would have come out of the wood work by now too, if that be the case.

For what it's worth Ashton, if this were two years ago, we would have given you the benefit of the doubt.

We don't even have a joke for this moving quote, but The Bachelor star may be right. Especially if your fiancee is a nut job stalker, which he can attest to.

Sources close to the couple say they weren't too surprised to see Jake and Vienna break up, in large part because she didn't give him a whole lot of space.

"She was kind of stalkerish," says a staffer who worked closely with Jake Pavelka on Dancing With the Stars. "She wanted to spend a lot of time with him."

"Everywhere he would go, she would go. Rehearsals, photo shoots, practice. She was the only significant other there sometimes ... it was a little weird."

Another source says Vienna was pissed when Jake was cast on DWTS, saying she is "not a fan of reality TV" (LOL) or him being surrounded by women.

A Bachelor staffer echoed the sentiment: "I don't think anyone really expected [Jake and Vienna] to last. It seemed like more of an infatuation than love."

More specifically, Vienna went on the show because he was on it, and Jake was so smitten that he didn't heed warnings from ... well, the whole country.

In any case, it all unraveled amid rumors of Vienna cheating with Gregory Michael, which she denies. Moreover, her stepmom calls Jake a fame whore.

Oh yes. To hear her family tell it, Vienna Girardi was the one who out because of Jake's undying love for the spotlight. NOTE: They met on reality TV.

Her stepmom Lisa also says her relationship with Jake Pavelka ended last night around 6 p.m., and the breakup took place over the phone! Weak, J.

According to her family, Vienna felt that Jake constantly abandoned her for photo shoots and other media events ... instead of building a foundation.

Girardi's family wasn't done either, with her family members telling TMZ that Jake is a total fraud who was only motivated by TV ratings and not love.

Quoth the stepmom: "I don’t think [Jake] ever loved her ... I think he picked her because she is a dramatic person and it was good for the ratings.”

She also said that despite his public love-fests, "In real life, they never kissed, didn’t have a romantic relationship and he never said he loved her."

If that's true, he is definitely the biggest fraud of all time. One thing is for sure, in any event - he won't be holding on to any five-figure parting gifts.

Vienna gave her engagement ring back to Jake when she moved out of his place this weekend, but that $50,000 rock will be headed back to ABC.

Her stepmom says Vienna ditched Jake with a goodbye note ... and the 3 carat Neil Lane diamond he used to pop the question on The Bachelor.

Sources close to the show say Jake is required to give the ring back to the production company, and only keeps it if they end up getting married.

Decent odds for the show ... 13/14 total, and even Jason Mesnick probably had to buy his own for Molly Malaney after dumping Melissa Rycroft.

Kim Kardashian was granted a permanent restraining order against stalker Dennis Shaun Bowman who repeatedly showed up at Kim's appearances as well as harassing her on Twitter!

The new order extends the previous temporary one that was valid until 2013. Now he cannot come within 500 yards of Kim nor have any contact with her at all — including Tweeting her!

He's also been banned from possessing any firearms.

Good! And we're glad Kim is safe!

Kim Kardashian took time out from her career as a professional celebrity to obtain a restraining order against an alleged stalker, Dennis Shaun Bowman.

This guy is delusional and believes he's dating her, says Kim, who notes that her obsessed fan has been following her and "poses an immediate threat."

Bowman began sending Kardashian Twitter messages last fall, professing love for her, then moved from Georgia to Kardashian's home of Calabasas, Calif.

More disturbingly, he has started turning up periodically at the socialite's appearances in L.A., sometimes wearing joker face paint, a la The Dark Knight.

Wonder if he present for this display.

Dude must be out of his mind. He even sent a Twitter message to her boyfriend, Reggie Bush, looking for a fight. Reggie plays professional football!

Why stalk Kim Kardashian? It's illegal, and she's not that interesting!

At least he can be polite sometimes, however. Bowman also Tweeted to Kardashian to ask forgiveness for missing their dinner date planned in Atlanta recently.

They never had one, but still, good manners!

Under the restraining order, recommended by LAPD's Threat Management unit, Bowman must stay 500 yards away from Kardashian and stop contacting her.
