Lindsay Lohan: Free on Bail, Off to Morgue, Dressed Like Freaking Ghost

Lindsay Lohan is free woman, at least until her hearing November 2.

The actress posted $100,000 bail after being handcuffed and jailed earlier Wednesday for violating her probation. In three weeks, when she must return to court to really face the music, girl could be looking at more than a year in jail.

Scary thought ... maybe that's why she dressed like a ghost today:

The actress' severely-underpaid publicist tells TMZ in a statement:

"Lindsay is hoping this matter will be resolved on November 2 and the Court will reinstate probation and allow her to continue fulfilling community service."

Could be wishful thinking. Either way, who dresses up like a corpse for court??

She'll be getting plenty of exposure to such things, as it turns out, since the actress has been ordered to the L.A. County Morgue for community service.

Linds will clean tables where autopsies are performed - and various body parts and fluids often remain for disposal - per Judge Stephanie Sautner's orders.

She will also be sweeping floors, cleaning toilets, washing windows and picking up trash. Lindsay must do 16 hours at the morgue before November 2.

Lohan is telling friends she gets why Judge Sautner threw the book at her today and intends to put in those hours - plus overtime - at the morgue.

Forgive THG if we'll take a wait-and-see attitude on that claim.

Lohan was essentially jailed today because she didn't follow Sautner's prior instructions, instead getting kicked out of her community service program.

She then had the audacity to complain that working at L.A.'s Downtown Women's Center wasn't fulfilling enough, which really set the judge off.

Sources say Lohan took Sautner's admonitions and the entire experience today as a major warning that she needs to get her act together, ASAP.

She plans on going to the morgue every single day between now and her next hearing on November 2 in order to prove how serious she is.

Actions speak louder than words, and Lohan hopes to show in the next few weeks that her probation should be reinstated with no jail time.

Could be too little too late, because she's f*%ked up so much already. But if she does take a hint, perhaps Sautner will feel her work is done.

Lindsay Lohan Kicked Out Of Community Service Program

Remember when Lindsay Lohan avoided going to jail …again….I know..it’s hard to keep track of all the trouble LiLo gets herself in. Earlier this year Judge Stephanie Sautner ordered Lindsay to perform 360 hours of community service at the Downtown Women’s Center in L.A. as part of her probation in the shoplifting case. Her requirements were to be reliable, non-disruptive and serve at least 4 hours at a time. Has she done it?

Hell naw! You don’t get teeth like hers by serving the community.

And, Judge Sautner said, if Lindsay violates any court order, she’s going to jail … period.

As we first reported, it’s even worse, because Lindsay was kicked out of the Downtown Women’s Center, where Judge Sautner ordered her to perform 360 hours of community service … kicked out because she repeatedly failed to show up, and when she did she frequently did not stay the required 4 hours at a time. That’s another violation of Judge Sautner’s court order.

And there’s even more bad news for Lindsay. Judge Sautner is going to be extremely unhappy when she learns how much community service Lindsay has completed. Sources connected with the Probation Department tell us, as of September 30, Lindsay logged a grand total of 21 hours, leaving 339 hours which must be completed by May 11, 2012.

Short story … Lindsay could go to jail next week, when she appears before Judge Sautner for her progress report.

This sounds crazy, but given that it's Lindsay Lohan? Who knows.

The often-clothed train wreck reportedly crashed a party and got all up in the grill of her rumored boyfriend Vikram Chatwal's estranged wife, Priya!

Lohan has been spotted kissing Dream hotel owner Vikram at his home in New York. She was said to be unimpressed when Priya Sachdev arrived from India with their daughter. How did she respond to Priya's return?

Lindsay made it clear that SHE is the main woman in Vikram Chatwal's life.

A source who witnessed the incident told the N.Y. Post: “Lindsay found out Vikram was hosting a dinner at the Dream, and turned up with a friend at the hotel’s Electric Room, waiting for him. That’s when the trouble started."

"Priya was very dignified, but Lindsay was so rude."

"She acted as if she’d had no idea Vikram was married, and tried to make it clear Vikram Chatwal was her friend. Others had to calm things down.”

Lindsay has been staying at Vikram’s house and is believed to have even moved her hairdresser in. However, she was told she had to leave a few days ago before Priya returned to the US top avoid any unpleasantness.

The source added: "Vikram's father Sant Singh has tried to order Lindsay out numerous times. Vikram’s family worry that Lindsay is bad news."

"They want him to stay away from her.”

Probably not the worst idea ever.

Vikram and Priya got married in a lavish seven-day ceremony in 2006 and although they later separated, the pair have remained close.

Lindsay's representative Steve Honig has denied the actress and Vikram are romantically close, saying that "Vikram and Lindsay are good friends, and there is absolutely no romance going on between them.”

He said the same thing about Lindsay and Dina Lohan, though ... and we all know that's gotten physical of late. Mom can't keep her paws off.

Speculation swirling about Ali Lohan getting plastic surgery managed to do the impossible - take the spotlight off that train wreck Lindsay for a day or so.

In a photo taken Tuesday, the 17-year-old aspiring model emerged in Beverly Hills looking drastically different: with fuller lips and a more angular face.

So what happened to her face? According to her modeling agency ... age.

"Contrary to recent reports, I can confirm that Aliana Lohan has not had any surgery," said Alexis Borges, agency director at Next Model Management.

"As a young girl who is growing up, it's natural for her facial features to change slightly, and we see this with many of the younger models we represent."

"Ali Lohan is a beautiful 17-year-old girl who is growing into her face and body. We encourage models to maintain a healthy lifestyle and body shape."

Lindsay Lohan also weighed in on the speculation, telling E! her sibling "has never" had surgery. Still, not everyone is convinced. Just look at these pics!

Lindsay Lohan Takes a Tumble While Partying With Paris and Nicky Hilton

Lindsay Lohan has got to get some better shoes—or at least work on her balance.

The Mean Girls star, who was caught tripping and falling in New York recently, took another spill while out on the town with party pals Paris and Nicky Hilton in Malibu Friday night.

And who did she blame for the embarrassing tumble?

“Omg, I’m so embarrassed, paparazzi just blinded me with flashes again, as I was walking into dinner,” Lohan tweeted Friday night. “They pushed me and I tripped, hurt.”

This isn’t the second—or even third—time the 25-year-old actress has fallen, though, so we’re on the fence about her pap-pushing explanation.

And now that former frenemies Linds and Paris have officially reunited, something tells us there will be more shenanigans and spills to come.
