Jersey Shore’s Jwoww (Jenni Farley) was offered $400,000 to pose for Playboy and she said no, in respect for MTV.

However, just a little later on, when she appeared on the Wendy Williams Show, she happened to mention that if it was not for an agreement with MTV she would have done Playboy.

I’m wondering why MTV would all of a sudden care about such things?!?  Parent company Viacom also owns VH1, who has produced countless amounts of trash on all those nasty love shows, and more than half of those hookers have walked the streets naked, so I’m wondering where the possible “shame” is coming from in this mix?  Hmmm…

The Hills star Spencer Pratt did not respond kindly to co-star Audrina Patridge and her "nasty Tijuana plastic surgery" criticizing Heidi Montag.

During a Tuesday night interview on Lopez Tonight, Patridge said that Montag "changed a bit" personality-wise and physically since they met:

"She got her chin chiseled, her nose done, her cheeks, boobs redone, lipo, butt job, I don't know, [10 plastic surgeries] in one day? It's a lot."

Spencer Pratt was far from pleased by these (true) comments, and decided to unleash his venom on Twitter, firing off an epic rant last night:

"I would like to make it CLEAR! My wife and Audrina have severed all ties! We no longer deal with that fake world and fake people like her!"

Spencer Pratt gave his Blackberry a workout last night.

Continuing, he alleged that Patridge has had work done ... in Mexico. His Tweets also suggested that Jersey Shore star Jenni Farley did the same, and more:

• "Audrina - Don't hate just because your nasty Tijuana plastic surgery got you no press!"
• "So glad my wife gets her surgery in bev hills and not where Jwoww and Audrina go. We love American doctors!
• "Who elected you to gage cool - BITCH! Why don't u and ur played out 90s singer Cabrera go into a bathroom stall and do what u do best..."
• "Audrina - you want press? Leak another 50 naked photos of yourself like u did to get relevant to in the first place."
• "Oh the truth is coming ... I'm not playing anymore. Everyone stay tuned... it's all coming out!"
• On a dif note - just heard kesha did a body paint shoot - next time use invisible paint- give my ears back. Tictoc bitch- ur time is up!

There you have it. It's been quite a week for Spencer, who earlier joined Heidi in accusing The Hills producer Adam DiVello of sexually harassing Montag.

A rep for Audrina had no comment on the Tweeting rampage.

Jersey Shore star J-Woww (Jenni Farley) was known for her risque fashion selections on the first season of MTV's breakout hit show. To her chagrin.

She wishes she could have a few fashion do-overs when it comes to her style. Asked to pick her biggest fashion regret, she couldn't even pick one.

"Oh! Everything on the show," J-Woww told MTV News. "I was really sick during the shooting of it. I ended up going to the doctors and the hospital."

"So, like, everything!"

Even the relatively conservative outfit seen here ...

While she still has Season 2 to think up some better looks, she knows the one thing she will always include in any one of her outfits: "Earrings!"

We suppose that even if you see J-Woww nude, she will be wearing those: "I have chubby ears, so I gotta wear my earrings, no matter what."

J-Woww should start packing up all hers, since the Jersey Shore cast is hitting the road for and getting ready to take South Beach in Season 2.

"[Expect] more hookups," J-Woww said. "More drama - a lot more. I don't know [what the drama will be about]. We haven't really changed, but we have."

Of the Jersey Shore cast, she adds: "We're a bigger family, which I love. So, when we're all together, we know each other, so there is no [holding back]."
