Tyra Banks is now a single, self-serving woman.

According to The New York Post, the America's Next Top Model host has split with Brooklyn businessman John Utendahl after three years of dating - and subsequently embarked on a quest to find herself and her faithful roots in Bali.

“Tyra has gone away with a female friend and has been island-hopping, visiting Bali and taking a spiritual retreat," a source tells the newspaper.

Have no fear, though fans. We're sure Banks will return and make everything about herself again in no time.

A baseball wife-swap story called The Trade was the original project he considered for himself and Ben Affleck in lead roles. But due to legal issues, the film is on hold, per Vulture in New York magazine.

According to that report, Damon stated, “I am coming closer to a directorial thing. I’ve got a few things that I really want to direct, and one I’m actually going to start at the first quarter of next year.” The actor added, “John Krasinski’s in it.”

Father Daughter follows a man on a multi-state crime spree with his daughter in tow. It has not been revealed if Damon will star in the film, too.

After working with directors like Martin Scorsese (The Departed), Steven Spielberg (Saving Private Ryan), the Coen Brothers (True Grit), and Steven Soderbergh (Che: Part Two), Damon will join Ben Affleck, his fellow Oscar-winner for the Good Will Hunting screenplay, behind the camera.

Krasinski, a regular on The Office, will also appear in The Muppets in November.

Damon was recently in The Adjustment Bureau, costarring with Krasinski’s wife, Emily Blunt. He will next star in Steven Soderberg’s Contagion costarring Kate Winslet and Jude Law on October 21 and Cameron Crowe’s We Bought a Zoo with Scarlett Johansson opening December 23.

In a surprise appearance, the actor and friend of Kirstie told her to try hightops, first of all, to avoid another shoe malfunction. His next bit of advice?

Advising her and Maksim Chmerkovskiy to go somewhere and fix the "sexual tension" issue. We're sure he could convince plenty of other ladies to do this.

While his tutelage didn't help her Dancing With the Stars scores - she ended up near the bottom with a still-respectable 22 - his presence was a lot of fun overall:

Patti's not a fan of this koupling. It's hard to imagine anyone is.

Mayer famously called Jessica Simpson "sexual napalm" in a shocking Playboy interview. "Kim's a class act," Parri says. "I'd never put her with him."

"I'd like to see Kim go A-list. So I'd like to get an A-list actor who likes a brunette hottie. Someone strong who will allow her to build her empire."

John moved on to his next tour stop, Tampa, Florida, the next day. Jen is in Atlanta for several more weeks filming Wanderlust with Paul Rudd.

Mission accomplished: The Treme actor has lost more than 100 lbs. thanks to his healthy new lifestyle. He quit drinking three years ago and hired Mackie Shilstone – a health coach who has trained many athletes including tennis player Serena Williams. Now Goodman has cut sugar from his diet and works out six days a week. “I’m breaking a sweat but I’m not going nuts,” he says.

He is excited about the results though, says Shilstone. “He remembers what it feels like to be extremely heavy and it’s something he doesn’t want again.”

Now, says Shilstone, “John is very agile. When I see him running I get out of the way! He can be a different type of actor now. He can take on athletic parts.”

Before Goodman becomes an action hero, though, he needs to focus on getting a new wardrobe. “I just ordered some nice slacks,” he says. “I finally got them and they’re too big now.”

Following Thursday’s guilty verdict, John Stamos is going after the couple who tried to extort him over alleged photos of him with cocaine and strippers.

Stamos released a statement through his Twitter:

“I would like to thank the court, the FBI and the US Attorney’s office for their swift and efficient dealings in connection with this case.
I am shocked and perplexed how individuals could fabricate so many false stories in an effort to defend a crime. I agreed to be a witness for a federal criminal prosecution and endured countless false accusations about my behavior and appropriateness. The allegations made regarding an inappropriate relationship are completely untrue. These slanderous allegations to smear my reputation were part of their defense to redirect attention away from the federal crime of extortion. There was no hot tub, no drugs, no nudity and nothing sexual in nature involved in my friendship with this woman. They lied about everything from a pregnancy to compromising photos.
I’m grateful these two criminals have been found guilty and I plan to go home to be with my family and friends and prepare to get back to work.”

Luckily for Stamos, Allison Coss and Scott Sippola were found guilty on charges of conspiracy and using e-mail to threaten a person’s reputation. They face a sentence of up to five years in prison.

We bet Uncle Jesse hopes the court doesn’t have mercy!
