Not nearly as romantic and royal as I would have imagined..but here it is. The formal invitation sent out to 1900 of the worlds most important people from kings to charity leaders, to close family and university friends, old schoolmates and prime ministers.
Everyone…except..they say….poor old Fergie. You can’t really blame them. I was always on the chubby redheads side, but she has just embarrassed the royal family one too many times I guess. You can bet her people are quietly working behind the scenes to make sure Queen allows her to come. It’s like politics and celebrity bullshit all rolled into one big PR mess with the royals.
Anyway..when I saw the invites it prompted two questions in my rattled brain…why do we spell Kate with a K when it’s short for Catherine with a C. Doesn’t really make sense. And also, what is Prince Williams last name. I was pretty sure it was Windsor so I googled…turns out it’s actually Mountbatten-Windsor but had to be shortened at some point in history because is sounded to “German”. But it is still officially Mountbatten-Windsor.
It’s always good to learn something new kids. Even if it is useless British Royal history.
