I am 22 weeks pregnant and worried about my cat litter HELP!!!?

I have one cat! I found Lucky "my cat" a little over a year ago in a car junk yard, he was still a kitty! He is a house cat however, he has ran out the door a few times and stayed out for about 2 hours. We also leave near a field and had a field mouse in our house.....yes lucky did catch him I was 12weeks pregnant then. We got got the mouse away before he tried to eat it " took ALOT of work and was not easy" my boyfriend is deployed and I am alone, no family....I am just worried about changing the litter....I have no choice but to do it myself, I do not ever scoop I put a liner in the pan and every 2 weeks tie it and throw the bag away and start again! I always wear a mask, change the litter outside and wash my hands good after...I do not wear gloves :-/ I also heard that the cat can carry on his or her fur?? I am so so so worried....has anyone been through this or have any advice for me ANYTHING PLEASE!!!!!!!!! I want to be sure my baby boy is okay!

I've been through 2 pregnancies, both doctors asked if I had cats, and the only thing that was mentioned to me about them was that I shouldn't change the litter box and that if I had to just to take percautions like wearing a mask and using rubber gloves and washing hands very well afterwards. Most of the time the Toxoplasmosis infection is caused when cats eat raw meat, then they excret the bacteria in their stool - it can be transferred to you if you touch the fecal matter and then touch your mouth.
The only thing that I did read about cat's fur, is that you should try to wash your hands after petting or scratching them.
There is also a test that your OB can order with your regular blood tests for your toxoplasmosis level. Ask about it at your next appointment.
