Macaulay Culkin Bails On DJ Gig And Holds Canned Food Drive After Alarming Photo
You sure you're "in perfectly good health," Macaulay?
The Home Alone star was spotted walking around the streets of New York City looking a little, uh, frail the other day, then he bailed on a monthly DJing gig a day after the photo hit the web!
The actor usually provides the music in person at Le Poisson Rouge in New York City's West Village, but cancelled on Thursday night. He was, however, nice enough to drop off a mix on his iPod and even held a successful canned food drive without even being there (see photo above)!
Despite Culkin's gaunt appearance, an employee at the club said his absence was not related to his health or the paparazzi photo, explaining:
"He's here all the time. He comes pretty often. Tonight, something just came up and he couldn't make it. But he did drop off his iPod – that's what's playing. It's a shame he's not here, because he always plays really good music."
While the partygoers had to keep on keepin' on without their usual DJ, the food drive went off without a hitch because people could get into the club for free if they brought a canned food item.
Pretty good deal considering you can pick up a can of veggies for a buck.
